Sablefish is also known commonly as Black Cod, but we like to call it the “bacon of the sea”.
Besides being healthy (it is high in long-chain Omega 3 fatty acids), black cod is also considered a delicacy in many countries. Sablefish has bright white flesh that is strong in flavor and flakes perfectly.
