Our salmon caviar, often called Ikura, is a medium to large sized roe with a firm texture. It is a brilliant coral color, and the flavor has a salty, sweetness. It comes frozen in a 7.2 oz. jar. After thawing, keep refrigerated for a week- 10 days and enjoy! This product is truly a treat!
Our salmon caviar is harvested from Wild Alaksa female salmon, and is processed very simply. It is rinsed and soaked in a salt brine, but nothing is added to this natural product. It packs a powerful punch of protein and pure Omega-3’s.
