Salmon Dip

You can use smoked salmon/ or any leftover cooked salmon you have to make a great salmon dip. No magic formula (mine tastes different every time) You can do with or without any of these ingredients – have fun with it!!


1/2 lb. Virgin Bay Smoked Salmon Strips

8 oz. Sour Cream (softened)

8 oz. Cream Cheese

The rest of these… to taste!


Chopped Onion and/or shallots

Lemon Juice

Cracked black pepper

Dill – fresh or dried

Hot Sauce
