Lemon Dill Butter Grilled Salmon


Salt and pepper to taste

Old Bay seasoning – Optional

For basting Salmon:

Fresh chopped dill

Juice of 1 lemon

3 Tbsp. butter

1 tsp. capers (optional)

Splash white wine ( optional)

In a small dish add lemon juice, dill, capers, and wine to melted butter.

Add salt and pepper to taste on fillet, add a little Old Bay if desired.

Lightly baste flesh side of portion with prepared butter/lemon mixture.

Place fish flesh side down in HOT skillet for 2 minutes.

Turn onto skin side, baste again with Lemon Dill Butter mixture.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until done to your liking.

Grill on stovetop as instructed above. Don’t overcook, and Enjoy!
