Baked Lemon and Orange Halibut

Ingredients:

1 lb. Virgin Bay Halibut

1 fresh lemon

1 fresh orange

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Old Bay

Directions:

Cut the fish into 8 ounce pieces or two pieces per pound. Marinate in lemon and orange juice with pulp for 20-30 min. Halibut Lemon/OrangeDrizzle oil and sprinkle Old Bay over all. Bake 10-15 min. at 450 degrees F.
